I have been using Chris Brook since the conception of my business in 2006.
I wouldn't go anywhere else. His Agency has grown leaps and bounds, but I have always received the highest quality in there customer service, no matter who I dealt with. Brook Insurance Associates have navigated me through all my businesses throughout my years, and with the growth of all my endeavors.

I have been doing business with Chris Brooke for over 17 years even before he owned his own agency. Chris and estaff are amazing people. They always get back within 24 hours if you have a question or a concern. I wouldn't trust any of my insurance needs personal or commercial to anyone else but Brook agency..

I recently switched over to Brook Insurance Associates from Starkweather & Shepley and I am so glad I did. My previous agent was never pleasant to deal with and the only time I ever heard from her was the occasional rude email to give me a hard time about something that wasn't actually an issue. Chris far exceeds the expectations of customer service and always goes above and beyond when addressing my needs or concerns. After my mortgage company failed to pay my homeowners insurance, Chris worked persistently and even during off hours to get my cancelled policy reinstated with my insurance company. I am a first time home buyer and you can definitely say I have a lot to learn about how the process and this whole insurance thing works. When I first made the switch, I had him review my policy to make sure I had everything I needed and wasn't oversold the first time. Chris took the time to explain my policy to me and all of the little credits and charges in a way that I was better able to understand. Everything looked good and he even made a few recommendations with thorough explanations as to why he suggested what he did. There are hundreds of insurance brokers out there, but if you want someone who actually cares and makes insurance easy I highly recommend Brook Insurance Associates. Chris and his office staff are absolutely amazing and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them.
