Our Brokerage General Agency services over 1,200 voluntary benefit clients ranging in size from 3 employees to over 75,000 employees. We have a unique focus in the mid-large case market to include 2 state governments, over 100 cities and towns, as well as some of the largest and most well-known employers in the region. We proudly have over 150,000 policies under management and we distribute through a customer base of over 200 Broker Partners throughout New England. The core of our efforts lie in our fundamental philosophies that: Most working Americans are just one accident or illness away from severe financial hardship. Employers deserve to have employees that fully understand and appreciate the benefits they make available to them. By satisfying these needs, we firmly believe that we enable businesses to build a more loyal and satisfied workforce, and, ultimately, a stronger business. Our key area of focus continues to be on the value we can bring to our clients and Broker Partners. These value-added services include; College Tuition Benefit Program, Core benefit enrollment services, Discounted Benefit Administration systems, Wellness Programs, Total Compensation Statements and Benefit Booklets. Our General Agency also offers a menu of voluntary benefits including; Short Term Disability, Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, etc. We have a dedicated and growing team of 51 Benefit Representatives to service our clients. This includes 10 Service Support Specialists, 26 Benefit Counselors, and 15 Account Executives.

  • We are hiring! NEES is growing and we are looking to hire an implementation manager for our team. Insurance experience would be preferred, but not required. This role is 100% remote and would entail working closely with the sales team to help support & execute a smooth, efficient and positive enrollment experience for our clients. This is a salaried position with benefits and room for growth. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a candidate with exceptional analysis, time management and communication skills who is a self-sufficient initiative taker. This person should be customer focused with the ability to build & maintain relationships. They should be detail-oriented with strong organizational and professional communication skills working with our internal teams and external partners over the phone, email, video and audio conferencing with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new technologies. The candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment & comfortable with starting and stopping projects to assist with urgent requests. We are looking for a team player that can perform all job requirements, consistently produce quality work assignments and manage time efficiently to meet productivity standards & commitments. Our team is quickly growing in a fast changing environment so we are looking for someone who will strive to continuously pursue training and development opportunities to build knowledge & skills. Finally, they should be able to take responsibility for actions & be responsive to coaching from other team members & department manager.
